Akemi Baby offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unused items returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.

For damaged or faulty items, we offer a 30-day warranty that includes a free replacement. Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (for example, wrong item shipped).

Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is still in stock. Please contact us first at hello@akemibaby.co to confirm availability and instructions.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

We can cancel and refund an order as long as it has not been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Refunds

If you would like to return an item after delivery, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and has original tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, Akemi Baby will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received.
