Refunds and Returns

Our company Akemi Baby offers a complete money-back guarantee for all unused products and a hassle-free 30-day warranty. The warranty includes a free replacement with priority shipping for damaged or faulty items.

The customer pays return shipping costs unless a mistake was made on our end. Please email our support team before shipping any items back at hello@akemibaby.co.

We also offer free size exchanges in case the customer needs a different fit for an item. Just notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are available within 30 days as long as the item is still in stock.
Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

We'll happily cancel and refund any orders that haven't been shipped yet. However, if a refund is being requested for an item that has already been dispatched, we won't be able to modify or cancel it.

If the Customer wishes to return the product after delivery, a full refund can be provided for unused items without hesitation. The customer is eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of receiving the item.

Returned items must be in new unused condition with original tags still attached. Once received and inspected, Akemi Baby will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of the return being received.
