All orders are processed within 3–4 business days after the order is placed. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer tracked shipping worldwide. International shipping times include carrier transit and customs clearance, which are outside of our control and may occasionally cause delays.
Order cut-off time: 3:00 P.M. EST
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

If you received a shipment notification, please allow 1–6 business days for tracking information to update.
Damages
Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If damage is noticed, either refuse delivery or accept the package and note “DAMAGED” on the carrier’s delivery record. Take clear photos of the package and product and contact us at hello@akemibaby.co within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately at hello@akemibaby.co. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and determine the best resolution on a case-by-case basis.
