Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

International Shipping

We offer uninsured free shipping and insured shipping to the USA, United Kingdom, and Australia, so everyone can enjoy our beautiful products! Unfortunately, we cannot speed up the international shipping or the transit time/customs clearance process, so sometimes shipping times may extend a bit, this is out of our hands.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, depending on the shipping method. Order cut-off time: 3 P.M. EST

We offer:

  • Free Shipping and 3-day processing time

SHIPPING TIME:

  • USA: 5-12 days
  • United Kingdom: 7-10 days
  • Australia: 7-10 days

If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 1 to 6 working days for the tracking information to update.

Wrong Address

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

Insured Shipping Protection

We offer Insured Shipping protection in case the package gets lost, damaged, or stolen.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is lost in transit, contact us and allow 2-3 days for us to review the case and either issue a refund or send a replacement package.
  • Damaged: In case of damage, provide photo evidence. contact us and allow 2-3 days for us to review the case and either issue a refund or send a replacement package.
  • Stolen: If your package is stolen, contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of the stolen package. Once we receive your proper documentation, we will review the case and take the necessary actions.

Marked as Delivered

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. USPS/Canada Post, etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived and the package is not insured, we will not be responsible for the stolen/lost package.

If the package is insured, follow the instructions in the "Insured Shipping Protection" section.

Damages

Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, either refuse delivery or accept the package and note "DAMAGED" on the carrier's delivery record. Please take photographs of any damage to the package or product. Contact us at hello@akemibaby.co right away so we can file a claim and send a replacement item if needed. If no damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery, we are unable to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking shows a delivery was made but you did not receive the package, please contact us immediately at hello@akemibaby.co so we can initiate a trace with the shipping carrier. If a traced package shows delivered but you still cannot locate it, we will determine the best resolution on a case-by-case basis.
